Suus Stalenhoef, Juli\u00ebtte Verberg, Olivier Cantor, Julia de Wagenaar, and Luna Lein immersed themselves in the cleaning industry to explore how our innovative products influence the daily practices of cleaners. While interviewing cleaners, many of them identify the job as <strong>physically demanding<\/strong>, leading to <strong>health issues<\/strong> and <strong>high absentee rates<\/strong> (8-10%). The pressure from staff shortages intensifies this situation, making it essential for innovative solutions to lessen the physical workload, reducing these challenges.<\/p><p>Although robotic cleaners can be helpful, expected time savings don\u2019t always happen because of issues like short battery life and lack of proper training of the cleaners on how to operate these robotic devices.<\/p><p>Furthermore, they found another physical issue cleaners were facing each day: the use chemical cleaning products. Using these products every day, sometimes not properly, can pose health risks. Their conclusion stressed the necessity for better and safer alternatives, such as our plant-based i-dose pods.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a820df7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"a820df7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"spacer.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer-inner\"><\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-276ccfd elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"276ccfd\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Enhancing Mental Well-Being and Job Satisfaction<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-388f7d6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"388f7d6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The research highlighted a positive correlation between the use of innovative cleaning machines and the mental health of cleaners. Cleaning professionals indicated that using modern equipment not only simplifies their tasks but also elevates their status in the workplace, particularly when they engage with colleagues and visitors. One cleaning professional specifically pointed out the i-mop; he was well-acquainted with every detail of the equipment and appeared genuinely proud to use and operate it.<\/p><p>However, the introduction of new technologies can also pose challenges. Some cleaners expressed a feeling of anxiety when using technological equipment, because they were unsure how to use them, fearing they might not be able to control the tools. These kind of concerns regarding the use of new tools can lead to stress.
